Share The Love Initiative
When Covid-19 hit Kenya in March 2020, the government directed its citizens to stay home to reduce the spread of the virus. Businesses suffered and began to lay off workers. Loss of income means that one is unable to provide the very basic needs of their families. This hit slums like Kibera the hardest.
The Foundation quickly began to solicit funds to assist those in the slum areas who were most affected by the pandemic. They dubbed this initiative the “Share the Love Food Basket”. As the support started to come in they’ve been able to feed hundreds of families at a time.
Prison Ministry
They have visited 6 prisons in Nairobi since January 2019 and have seen hundreds of decisions for Christ. They supply the prisoners with food, toiletries, and tents as well as spread the Gospel of Christ by staging free outreach concerts in the central yard of each prison.
Each time they visit, they like to give the prisoners an opportunity to sing or play an instrument with the band backing them. This brings the prisoners joy and receives lots of enthusiasm from the other prisoners and guards.
Remote Tribes Ministry
The heart of the Foundation is to periodically reach out to such remote communities with the Word of God, music ministry and food and clothing programs. Christafari and TuneDem have ministered to the Maasai tribe 3 times.
Through the guidance of Christafari, TuneDem managed to return to the Maasai community during the Covid-19 pandemic for a feeding program. Over 200 Maasai families have been fed so far.

TuneDem is now under The Sowers International; a non-profit global missions organization. Sowers collects, accounts for, and distributes all missions support through their online platform.
With the help of God and partners such as yourself, they are assured to continue making an impact for the Lord in places where the need is the greatest.
